I didn't actually get spyware since I knew better than to download and install anything from a website claiming that FIREFOX NEEDS AN URGENT UPDATE (and it was named eepahuntweeps dot net too). But what the hell DA? I gave you the courtesy of unblocking ads, the least you can do is make sure they're not carrying malware. End rant.
Is there still a storage option?
For various reasons, I feel like I should put away some of my art for a while, but I'd like to restore it eventually without losing it's description, title, comments, etc. I know this used to be possible, but all the stuff I'm finding about "putting things in storage" don't seem to work anymore. Anyone know if this is still possible?
DeviantArt does extortion now?
I admit, I've been away for a while, but now that I'm back, I can't help but notice that there are people whose art you can't even see a thumbnail of unless you pay money or "watch" them? Ha, ha... what!? Why would anyone pay cash just to look and see if someone's art is something you like? How is this not bait and switch? And "watch me or your can't see what I do?"; extortion. Weird. Unwelcome. No thanks.
Who would you trust for rings?
Are the folks on Etsy good enough to make quality wedding ring replacements? I want to move on from a boring gold band to something cooler. I have an idea what I want, but I want to discuss it with someone who knows way more than me. Any ideas where to start?
Seriously, why isn't there a REPORT button?
I keep getting obvious spam or phishing notes sent to my inbox, but there's no way I can see to report them. Instead, I just delete them which helps no one.

Yeah, I've gotten some really terrible malware from dA's ads in the past, so I'm gonna either start using the site less or deal with half of the screen being bright orange and telling me to turn off ad-block. It's sad that they've come this low :/
