Because it's really well done, the suggestions I have are probably pretty minor. I think the joke's been done, but it's a funny one so it works regardless

As for style issues, in the first panel, it would help with understanding what's going on and to show more force if you had some lines coming from the direction of the three girls towards the word FLUTTERSHY (I hope you know what I mean because it's hard to describe, but it's a common comic device).

In the panel with her saying "Okay", I think her mouth should be open and the girls should be looking directly at her. Just my opinion, but I think this panel would be stronger if you did.

For the last part, I believe it would have been a little funnier if at least one of the girl's mouths were hanging open. Also I notice that Fluttershy's wing is hanging low in the last panel? Was that intentional? Finally, it might have more impact if flutter had her ears down and eyes to the back as if looking away in embarrassment. That's purely stylistic though so go with what you think works best.

Lastly, I don't really understand the star rating very well so if it seems off, just ignore it and go by what I said instead.
