Stock - Female Pony Run Cycle Vector by Nimaru Stock - Female Pony Run Cycle Vector by Nimaru
When I first started doing pony vector art, I used a lot of traces just like this, but I've learned a lot since then and wanted to make an improved set. This time, I'm going to be more methodical and try to get the basic pieces so I can make art and such easier in the future. This is the first in that series. The full trace of the 8 frame female pony run cycle.

The file I uploaded is the original Illustrator vector file so you can recolor, re-position or do anything else you want. I want everyone to have it so we can make great pony art together :)

More will be coming soon.

IMPORTANT EDIT: For those who haven't realized yet, the image you see here is just the JPG preview of the Illustrator file that you can download. If you have Illustrator or a compatible program, you can see the original traces I did and modify each pose. Each one has a separate head, legs, and such so you can custom anything you want!

ALSO: Art style by Lauren Faust, pony poses and such copyright by Hasbro. I didn't realize this would make front page and a lot of people seem not to know that this is a My Little Pony blank.

EDIT AGAIN: Some folks have been animating this. Here's a gif: [link]

Thank you for making this~! I'm using it as guidelines for an animation I'm working on - I'd be lost without this to help me out! :D

Is there an MS paint version? I don't have any fancy kind of things like photoshop....

MS Paint doesn't have a timeline or a pen tool.
Unless you decided to make it a .png sequence, no.

Hello Nimaru.

I want to use this run cycle as an animation project.

Is that okay?

I can send you the final result of my animation as well :)

Hello! If you have time, would you be able to create a PSD version? I have Paint Tool SAI, which only accepts PSD files. If not, that's okay. You've probably worked hard enough on this one. :)
