Safe from the Storm

Winter Willow's name and cutie mark represent her talent for finding hearts that are lost and cold, and sheltering them so they can heal. This is a depiction of that nature.

So why the pedestal? This was going to be one of my possible submissions for Viistar's awesome figure contest until I found out that OC characters don't count if they're based on an existing show or fandom. Bummer
